Daily exercise will help eliminate cellulite. The cardiovascular and circulatory systems are affected by cigarette smoking. It decreases the flow of blood that helps keep skin healthy and could contribute to damaging the skin layers and also the muscle fibers which support it from underneath.

Some types of tablets such as birth control pills can facilitate the buildup of cellulite in your body by raising estrogen hormone levels. Some scientific studies conducted recently have revealed that a high stress lifestyle causes the levels of catecholamines in the body to rise and that is connected to the formation of cellulite.
